Biography
Dr. Fadairo Adesina is a professional petroleum engineer with a wealth of experience in academia and the oil and gas sector, with a focus on teaching and research in the field of petroleum engineering. He holds the position of Research Associate at the Department of Petroleum Engineering, University of North Dakota, United States. Previously, Dr. Fadairo served as a senior lecturer and lead for the flow assurance and production chemistry/engineering research cluster for numerous years at Covenant University, Nigeria.
Dr. Fadairo provides significant research experience with nearly 20 years of experience in addressing issues related to production pressure management, underbalanced drilling, oilfield chemicals, drilling fluid technology, enhanced oil and gas recovery, and geo-energy resources, which include geothermal energy and underground CO2 and H2 storage.
Dr. Fadairo has contributed five (5) chapters to text books and authored over ninety-five (95) scholarly articles in reputable journals and international conferences, all within the field of energy and petroleum engineering. He has served as an instructor for the PESGB (Petroleum Exploration Society of Great Britain) program and delivered industry short courses worldwide.
