Software Vulnerability Patching
UIT has implemented a scheduled maintenance window to patch known software vulnerabilities. This proactive measure is essential to enhance the security and stability of our systems. This will occur two times a month, every second Monday of the month, at 8:00 am, and every fourth Monday of the month, at 8:00 am starting on December 9th, 2024. Please check out our KB article on Patch Management for further information and answers to some frequently asked questions. If you experience any issues after the maintenance window or have further questions on the process, please contact UIT Chat Support or submit a ticket.

UIT consists of three main foci; Customer Engagement and Support, Records Management, and Application & Integration Support.
Customer Engagement & Support
Our Customer Engagement & Support team are your single point of contact for any technology needs and issues including Desktop services for faculty and staff, classroom support, and Tech Support to troubleshoot your hardware and software issues.
Records Management
Records Management is responsible for creating, storing, maintaining, and disposal of digital media for the university.
Application & Integration Support
Application & Integration Support is responsible for evaluating the technological needs of the university and implementing technology-based solutions.
