Biography

Brock A. Callina, Principal Budget Analyst, leads the Budget Analyst team and oversees financial planning, proposal budgeting, and fund management. Callina ensures compliance with institutional and sponsor requirements, develops and maintains budgeting tools and systems, and partners with cross-functional teams to support project success. Callina also mentors staff, promotes operational efficiency, and drives a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Callina holds Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Business and Public Administration from the University of North Dakota.
