Biography
Darci is a compassionate and client-centered therapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-awareness. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and brings a warm, collaborative approach to therapy, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Interpersonal Therapy.
With a strong foundation in relational and experiential work, Darci helps individuals and couples (individuals in a relationship) explore patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and supports them in creating meaningful change. She works with a wide range of concerns, including stress and anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship difficulties focusing on improving self-worth and acceptance. Whether addressing individual struggles or helping couples reconnect and strengthen their bond, Darci creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported in their healing journey.
