Biography
Dawn M. Seaver, Director of Business and Finance, supports the CFO in managing the financial functions of the EERC; overseeing the Accounting, Procurement, Travel and Budget Analyst teams. Seaver provides financial analysis and reporting along with financial review and oversight of various functions; and oversees the Budget Analyst team in preparing proposals and managing project funds in compliance with regulations, laws, and policies. In this role, Seaver serves as an integral member of the financial leadership team, establishing and supporting EERC strategic goals.
Seaver holds Master and Bachelor of Accountancy degrees from the University of North Dakota.
Prior to Seaver’s current position, Seaver worked as the Assistant Director of Budgeting and Finance at the EERC and brings valuable experience as a previous UND campus employee working in financial areas at Aerospace and the Medical School.
