Biography
Dee L. Heisler is the Principal Procurement Officer at the EERC, where she is responsible for the direct supervision and management of Procurement and the Travel Department. In addition, she coordinates, oversees, and completes annual equipment inventory processes. She received her Associate in Applied Science/Administrative Assistant, Marketing, and Management/Office Education degrees from Dakota College, Bottineau, North Dakota.
