Biography
Dr. Heather Terrell is an Associate Teaching Professor from the Department of Psychology in the College of Arts and Sciences.
Dr. Terrell is passionate about teaching and mentoring, instructional design, inclusive excellence, and service.
Dr. Terrell has served as the Director of Undergraduate Programs in Psychology since 2015. She also served on the Task Force for the Future of Education at UND and as co-chair for the Student Success through Academic Excellence working group for UND’s strategic plan.
Dr. Terrell has been nominated for several awards, including awards for outstanding undergraduate education, outstanding graduate education, and outstanding service. In 2019, she received the Elmer and Min West award for her commitment to high-impact and innovative educational practices.
