Biography
Jeffrey A. Noll is a Senior Operations Specialist at the EERC, where he interfaces with a diverse team of scientists and engineers to assess project uncertainties in oil and gas development and geologic CO2 storage. He develops well design, logging, and completion procedures; analyzes reservoir stimulation, injection, and production performance; and facilitates implementation of leading-edge concepts, technologies, strategies, and data applications to improve the performance of CO2 enhanced oil recovery (EOR), CO2 storage, and unconventional hydrocarbon recovery projects. Mr. Noll holds a B.S. degree in Geological Engineering from Montana Tech in Butte, Montana. Prior to his position at the EERC, he served as a Senior Data and Drilling Analyst at Fracture ID in Denver, Colorado.
Mr. Noll’s principal areas of interest and expertise include geomechanics, drilling engineering, petrophysics, microseismic, unconventional reservoirs, and formation evaluation. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, the Society of Exploration Geophysicists, and the Society of Petrophysicists and Well Log Analysts.
