Biography
Kara is an instructor/ Athletic Trainer for the University of North Dakota. Originally from Bismarck, North Dakota and a 2010 graduate of Century High School she continued her education at the University of North Dakota graduating in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training. From there she went onto graduate school and became a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Northern State University. Academically she pursued a Master of Science in Education in sports performance and leadership from NSU and graduated in May of 2018. She then returned to UND in the fall of 2018 where she became the primary provider of athletic training service to the UND softball team.
