Katherine Anagnost

Biography

Katherine K. Anagnost is a Senior Policy and Regulatory Specialist at the EERC, where she works with a multidisciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and business professionals to integrate permitting, regulatory, legal, policy, economics, and tax perspectives with technical information and applied research related to incremental oil recovery; unconventional oil recovery; geologic CO2 capture, utilization, and storage; power generation; emissions reduction; and renewable energy systems. Ms. Anagnost holds a B.S. degree in Legal Assistance from Moorhead State University. Prior to her position at the EERC, she served as NERC Compliance Coordinator at Minnkota Power Cooperative. Before that, she worked as a Research Specialist/Project Manager at the EERC.
