Biography
Loreal V. Heebink is a Principal Research Manager at the EERC, where she assists in the planning, development, and management of projects related to conventional and unconventional carbon storage and/or CO2- or rich gas-based enhanced oil recovery (EOR), produced water and gas, and core assessment. She develops Smartsheet workflow processes to meet the needs of various groups within the EERC, including project management. Ms. Heebink is responsible for data management and Smartsheet workflow and functionality training. She is responsible for progress reporting under the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Plains CO2 Reduction (PCOR) Partnership Initiative, Bakken Production Optimization Program (BPOP), and other projects. Ms. Heebink tracks activities and deliverables for multiple concurrent projects and assists in technical report writing, data management and interpretation, and database development and maintenance.
Ms. Heebink’s principal areas of interest and expertise are Smartsheet workflow processes and technical research related to core assessment, carbon sequestration, and beneficial use and assessment of oilfield wastes and of coal combustion products (CCPs).
Ms. Heebink received her B.S. degree in Chemistry from UND. She has authored or coauthored numerous publications.
