Biography
Nicole Harris, Ed.D., OTR/L is currently an Associate Professor in the Occupational Therapy Department. She is the site coordinator for the Wyoming satellite campus and is one of the Doctoral Experience Capstone Coordinators. Nicole has been an occupational therapy practitioner since 2012 working primarily in home health settings, with additional experience in skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, and inpatient mental health. Nicole additionally enjoys serving the profession in various ways such as being the chair for the Wyoming Occupational Therapy Licensure Board and state representative for the National Occupational Therapy Licensure Compact Committee, as well as past involvement with the Wyoming Occupational Therapy Association. Professional interests’ professional identity, simulation in education, and community service and involvement.
