Patrick Evans

Biography

Dr. Evans graduated from Louisiana State University Medical Center in New Orleans. He completed his family medicine residency at University of Oklahoma, Tulsa Medical College. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Medicine. He has practiced in a wide variety of practice settings in Louisiana, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Montana and North Dakota. Dr. Evans has been worked in Rural Critical Access Hospitals taking care of hospital, clinic, emergency room and nursing home patients. He had his own rural and urban solo practices, and worked in a walk-in clinic. Dr. Evans enjoys spending time walking with one or two puppies in tow.
