Tobe Larson

Biography

Tobe M. Larson is Assistant Director for Contracts and IP at the EERC, where he prepares, reviews, negotiates, and administers numerous types of sponsored agreements, subcontract agreements, and confidentiality agreements in accordance with federal and nonfederal contractual requirements, government and university regulations and policies, and EERC policies. He received his B.A. degree in Accounting from the University of North Dakota and is a Certified Research Administrator.
