Biography
Xudong Yu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Communication at the University of North Dakota. He completed his M.A. in Journalism & Communication from Renmin University of China and later earned his Ph.D. in Communication with an emphasis in Computational Social Science from the University of California, Davis. Before joining the University of North Dakota, he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Amsterdam.
Dr. Yu's research delves into the influence of new technologies on democracies, employing both experimental and computational approaches. His work has been published in esteemed journals such as Political Behavior, Science Advances, and the International Journal of Communication.
