Brandon Tetrault

Biography

Brandon Tetrault joined the UND Department of Sports Medicine in July 2022 as an Instructor/Assistant Athletic Trainer. He came to UND after serving as the Head Athletic Trainer at Northern State University from August 2015 to July 2022. Prior to his time at NSU, he served as an Athletic Trainer at the University of Minnesota-Duluth from August 2014 to August 2015. Tetrault served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Saginaw Valley State University from July 2012-August 2014.

Tetrault is responsible for providing healthcare for the UND Football Program as well as serving as an Instructor in the Athletic Training Education Program.  

A native of Thompson, North Dakota, Tetrault graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2010 and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Athletic Training. He went on to earn a Master of Science Degree in 2012 from South Dakota State University, where he served as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer.

Tetrault has been a BOC certified athletic trainer since 2010. He is currently licensed as an athletic trainer in the state of North Dakota.  He also holds membership in the National Athletic Trainers’ Association.

Tetrault is married to his wife Gretchen (Greta) and has two children, Oaklyn and Easton.
