Biography
Bryce Alan Christopherson, Ph.D. is currently an Assistant Professor of Mathematics in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of North Dakota (UND). He earned a BA in Mathematics and Economics from Augustana University, a MS in Mathematics from the University of Wyoming, and a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Wyoming. His primary areas of research are artificial intelligence, control and dynamical systems, stabilization, threshold phenomena, combinatorics, and Ramsey theory.
Dr. Christopherson's research focuses on exploiting stabilization phenomena more adroitly in applications and advancing a more unified theoretical understanding of the topic, both through the direct study of the overarching principles allowing stabilization and the nature of the obstructions that might prevent it.
