Biography
Gabrielle Robertson (Miller) earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of North Dakota in 2022. During her undergraduate education, she completed a summer internship with the University of Alabama Football program. She then moved to Arizona where she completed her Master of Science in Medical Nutrition from Arizona State University.
Prior to returning to UND, Gabbie worked in a variety of athletic training and educational settings in Arizona. In addition to providing healthcare for athletes, she served as a mentor and educator for students pursuing careers in sports medicine. She provided clinical instruction and supervision for undergraduate interns, was a teacher and mentor for high school sports medicine students, and a preceptor for graduate athletic training students completing their immersive clinical rotations.
Gabbie has also been actively involved in community outreach and professional service. She has assisted clinics and schools with their mass physical days, provided per diem medical coverage for sporting events, and presented educational programs for athletes, parents, coaches, and administrators. She has been a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association since 2018 and previously served on the Honors and Awards Committee for the Arizona Athletic Trainers' Association.
Gabbie returned to her alma mater in 2026 and is currently an Instructor and Men’s Basketball athletic trainer. Gabbie and her husband Cody currently live in Grand Forks with their dog, River.
