Biography
Nikki Krueger serves as Communications Director for the University of North Dakota, where she leads the development and implementation of strategic internal and external communications that support the University's mission, priorities, and reputation. She oversees the Communications Team within the Division of Marketing & Communications and is responsible for media relations, executive communications, crisis communications, and strategic messaging for the University and its schools, colleges, and programs.
Krueger brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications and marketing, public relations, employee engagement, community outreach, program evaluation, and organizational leadership. Since joining the University of North Dakota in 2010, she served as Director of Communications & Information Services at UND's Energy & Environmental Research Center (EERC) and previously held communications and project management roles at UND's Center for Rural Health. Her professional background also includes experience in the pharmaceutical research industry and radio broadcasting.
