Biography
I am an applied economist studying how past policies and regulations shape today's housing markets. In doing so, I uncover how we can better follow the evidence to deliver impactful housing reforms.
My research and teaching always seeks to integrate economics with financial concepts and case studies of real estate, from past to present. A broad perspective allows me to keep track of emerging risks in the real estate industry - but also newfound opportunities.
