LaRae L. Foerster is the Assistant to the CFO and COO at the EERC, where she provides direct support to the CFO, COO, and associated staff, including scheduling, communications, document production, and other related activities. Ms. Foerster holds a B.S. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Mankato State University, Minnesota.
