Biography
Nikki Krueger is the Director of Communications & Information Services at the EERC, where she serves on the leadership team, developing and implementing the EERC's strategic communications plan. She is responsible for EERC public relations and internal communications. Ms. Krueger oversees the graphics, editing, workflow, communications, outreach, and library teams at the EERC. Prior to her position at the EERC, she served as a Communication Coordinator at the Center for Rural Health at UND's School of Medicine and Health Sciences. She also has experience working in quality assurance in the pharmaceutical research industry, and previously worked with North Dakota rural hospitals on implementing quality improvement measures for acute stroke patients through the development of a statewide system of care. Ms. Krueger holds a B.S. degree in Scientific and Technical Communication from the University of Minnesota, Crookston.
Ms. Krueger's principal areas of interest and expertise include strategic communication planning, media and public relations, information dissemination, social media, community engagement, process improvement, and leadership.
