Biography
Dr. Priyanka Ravi joined UND in 2025. She earned her Ph.D. in Health Behavior Health Promotion from the University of Arizona and holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and a Master of Dental Surgery in Public Health Dentistry from India. Her research focuses on oral health promotion, cancer prevention, tobacco control, occupational and environmental health, and public health education. She has studied the health risks faced by women tobacco farmers in India, with support from various funding sources, including the University of Arizona’s One Health Fellowship and the Southern California Education and Research Center at UCLA. Dr. Ravi is committed to teaching and mentoring students interested in public health education.
