Payments to UND
Student Payments
All student payments should be processed through One Stop Student Services. Available payment options and instructions are located on the Payment Options page of One Stop Student Services. Questions pertaining to student payments should be directed to UND One Stop Student Services.
Vendor and Non-Student Customers
Vendors and non-student customers should be charged for goods and services through UND’s accounts receivable system by submitting the charges to Student Account Services for posting. Vendors/customers should then remit their payment directly to One Stop Student Services.
Domestic (within US) Vendors and Customers
If a departmental vendor/customer would like to make an online payment to UND (by credit/debit/electronic check), the department should contact the Director of Treasury for approval. The department will be responsible for all merchant fees associated with the payment.
International/Foreign Vendors and Customers
If an international/foreign vendor/customer would like to make a payment to UND via wire, the vendor should initiate a wire using Flywire, UND’s third party vendor for international wire payments. The department should provide the vendor/customer with the UND Flywire.
TouchNet Marketplace
TouchNet Marketplace enables campuses to build and operate secure, web-based shopping cart applications and online payment pages.
- It connects buyers and sellers electronically, making it easy for students, parents, alumni, and the community to do business with the campus.
- Marketplace allows institutions to take control of security by placing financial transactions in the hands of appropriate campus authorities, while the responsibility for storefront appearance and content is given to authorized campus groups.
- TouchNet Marketplace uses TouchNet Payment Gateway™ for electronic payment processing; it uses the Marketplace Operations Center as the web software interface that allows you to build and manage online shopping sites and online payment pages; and it uses the familiar shopping cart theme to allow buyers to browse and make purchases online.
- TouchNet Marketplace is a self-contained e-commerce solution, combining online storefronts with inventory control, order fulfillment, and financial reporting.
If you would like to establish a Marketplace Online Payment site, complete the Marketplace Online Payment Site request form. The form is an online submission and will be processed electronically. If the site you are looking to establish is for conference/workshop registration fees, banquet fee collection, or other event fees, please contact Office of Extended Learning.
To request access to a Marketplace Online Payment site, complete the TouchNet Access request form and email it to the Treasury Department at UND.treasury@UND.edu.
