Texting Terms and Conditions
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary, from five to ten messages per week during the academic school year and one to two messages per month during the summer.
At any time, you may text STOP to opt-out from receiving messages. Email marketing@UND.edu for help.
The following text messaging program terms and conditions apply for 31347:
Cost to Receive Text Messages
We will not charge you to receive texts from 31347, but standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier regarding the cost of sending and receiving text messages from your phone.
Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving messages, simply text the word STOP to the phone number 31347. If you experience difficulty unsubscribing yourself, we can do it for you. Please email marketing@UND.edu and be sure to specify the phone number you want unsubscribed.

Privacy Policy
We respect your right to privacy. We do not take or collect data beyond your cell phone number. Your number will never be sold to third parties or shared with other third parties.
Disclaimer of Liability
Alerts and messages sent via SMS may not be delivered for a number of reasons including if the mobile phone is not in range of a transmission site, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Even within a coverage area, factors beyond control may interfere with message delivery, including the customer’s equipment, terrain, and proximity to buildings, foliage, and weather. No guarantee is made that alerts or messages will be delivered, and neither we nor the carriers will be liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Service is available on all major U.S. carriers including: Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, T-Mobile, AT&T, U.S. Cellular, Metro PCS, and Virgin Mobile.
