Program Finder Audit Form

Every page must be reviewed by the respective academic department/program/college by April 10, 2026. Edit requests will be reviewed individually and published per Marketing approval on a first come first serve basis.

If your department needs an extension to complete the audit, please contact Aimee Halstenson.

How to Complete the Audit Form

  1. Review your program's content on its Program Finder pages. This includes the program's index/homepage, cost & aid, how to apply, etc.
  2. Complete one Program Finder Audit Form for each program you are reviewing. This form must be completed even if you are not requesting changes so that we know the content was reviewed.

When reviewing program pages, please look for inaccuracies. Pages will not be completely rewritten.

Program Requirements Pages

Program Requirements pages are auto-pulled from the academic catalog (CourseLeaf) and eddits cannot be made by the Web Team. If you have edits to your program’s academic catalog content, you must make changes in CourseLeaf. Once changes have been made with the Registrar's office, edits will be reflected on your requirements page.
About Program

Does your program have special collaborations or partnerships that students can program participate in? Examples include internships, exposure to businesses or special training through programs such as A2i.
Department Contact (graduate programs only)

Ensure department contact listed in the black 'Explore More Options' footer on the index page is accurate.

If faculty member is an endowed position, please include that in title.
