Submit Your Policy Comment
Policies (and some procedures) go through a review process including a campus-wide comment period.
Feedback about policies may be sent to the responsible office. Typographical or other simple errors that you submit may be changed immediately. Suggested changes of a more substantive nature will be discussed with the responsible office, the respective vice president, Policy Advisory Group, Executive Council or the president as necessary. These types of revisions will occur if/when appropriate.
The Policy Office routes comments to the appropriate responsible office for a response. Comments that are submitted anonymously are not eligible for a response, but may be taken into consideration when final changes are made to the document.
