Postage Billing

The postage billing cycle runs from the 16th of each month through the 15th of the following month. 

Monthly postage statements are printed at the end of each billing cycle and distributed through intra-campus mail.

Please email darin.lee@UND.edu if a statement needs to be reprinted or if a funding source needs to be updated for a postage charge.

Any charges after June 15th will be applied to the next fiscal year.
