This summer, take on the Work Well Wellness BINGO Challenge! We often think about wellness in terms of physical health – nutrition, exercise, weight management, etc., but it is so much more! Wellness is a holistic integration of the seven dimensions of wellness which include physical, emotional, social, environmental, occupational, intellectual, and spiritual wellness.

Knowing where to start and making the right choices can be challenging. During this 4-week challenge, you will fill out your Wellness BINGO card to fulfill all dimensions of wellness.

And of course, we have PRIZES! Everyone who registered and has completed 2 BINGOs will be entered into a drawing to win one of five $20 gift cards at the halfway point. After 10 BINGOs you are entered into the $200 gift card GRAND PRIZE drawing! Each additional BINGO is one more entry into the drawing.
