Wear Red Day

Wear Red Day

February 6, 2026

Grab your coworkers and find something RED to wear on the first Friday in February. The UND community is encouraged to show support for heart health in women by wearing red to work and taking a photo to submit online to Work Well.

There are three photo categories to submit your photo in: School Spirit, Wellness, and Most Creative. Photos can be submitted online from 2/1 - 2/14. After the submission period, you have a chance to vote for your favorite photo in each category! Voting is open 2/17 - 2/21. 1st place winners in each category receive a health snack package for their office.

Wear red to raise awareness about cardiovascular disease and save lives. Because when we come together, there's nothing we can't do!
