Beyond the Norm Award Nomination
The Division of Marketing & Communications’ annual Beyond the Norm award celebrates an employee who has made a significant contribution to the division or has embodied the UND brand during the year.
Any full-time employee of the Division can nominate eligible full-time employees. There is no limit on the number of full-time employees you can nominate, and nominations are anonymous. Only submit one employee per application.
Employees on the award committee (the past three award winners, Sara Haugen, Jes Kinneberg and Hayley Kuntz) as well as winners from the last six years (Jill Novotny, Monica Evavold, Matt Schill) are not eligible.
Award Nomination Deadline
The nomination period closes at midnight on Wednesday, December 10.
The award committee will review and score all nominations. The Beyond the Norm award recipient will be recognized at a future All-Division event.
