Certificates of Insurance

Certificates of Insurance are used to provide proff of insurance coverage.  An outside entity may request proof that the University of North Dakota is insured or the University may request proof of insurance from a thirt party.  Both types of requests can be submitted to UND Risk Management & Insurance.

Requesting Certificates of Insurance

If an outside entity requests a Certificate of Insurance, please email UND Risk Management & Insurance with the following information:

• Name and Address of entity
• Reason for request (facility rental, contract, etc.)
• Any documentation outlining insurance requirements
