If you have witnessed or experienced sexual assault, rape, domestic or dating violence, or cyber or physical stalking, please report this to the Equal Opportunity & Title IX Office and/or the police.
- You may submit a report for investigative action or supportive measures. Confidential help is also available.

If you have been harassed or treated less favorably because of your actual or perceived race, color, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy or parental status, disability, age, veteran status, or religion, or if you have witnessed this conduct, please report this to the Equal Opportunity & Title IX Office.

Reporting a crime or notifying law enforcement of suspicious activity helps protect UND and the campus community. To report a crime, the campus community should contact the University of North Dakota Police Department (UPD). For emergencies dial 911.
If you see any suspicious activity or situation that could constitute a significant emergency or a dangerous situation involving an immediate or on-going threat, please dial 911. Dialing 911 is the best way to help expedite an emergency notification to alert the rest of the campus community of the threat.

Students and staff can report academic integrity concerns using the Student Conduct Complaint Form.
Concerns about student conduct, other than conduct relating to sexual violence, harassment, or discrimiantion, can be made using the Student Conduct Complaint Form.

If you have a concern about a student or employee’s behavior or you believe someone may be in danger, your responsibility is to TELL SOMEONE. It is NOT your responsibility to investigate what happened or to determine what to do.

Employees are expected to report suspected theft, fraud, or unlawful or improper use of public resources. You may report this behavior directly to anyone of authority, by calling the fraud hotline at 866-91-Alert, or by submitting an online form to the hotline. Submissions to the hotline may be anonymous.

Faculty, staff, students, and visitors may submit a request for operations and maintenance, lighting, grounds and custodial services regarding repairs, unsafe or hazardous conditions around campus.
Examples of reportable issues include:
