Hydration Challenge

Hydration Challenge

Hey! Water you up to?!

Why hydrate?

Drinking enough water every day is good for overall health. As plain drinking water has zero calories, it can also help with managing body weight and reducing caloric intake when substituted for drinks with calories like regular soda.

Drinking water can prevent dehydration; a condition that can cause unclear thinking...resulting in mood change, causing your body to overheat, constipation or kidney stones. In fact, the National Hydration Council attributes that 1 in 10 cases of tiredness are caused by dehydration.

Hydration needs vary based on gender and body composition. In general, adults should consume at least 64 ounces of water daily.

Let's get hydrated!

Register for the Hydration Challenge today!

OH! And don't forget the chance to win prizes! There are five $20 gift cards given away at the 2 week mark (you must drink at least eight 8-once water glasses or 64 ounces of water each day) and two $100 gift card grand prizes and a Work Well water bottle given away at the end of the program.
