Exercise is Medicine (EIM) empowers you to improve your physical and mental health by developing positive lifestyle behaviors, including physical activity and healthy eating, that can prevent, treat, and reverse chronic diseases.
Small-group exercise classes to instill independence that will allow participants to develop long-term, sustainable healthy lifestyle habits.
A one-time fee unlocks:
- Group fitness classes
- Access to a personal trainer
Qualifications
To qualify, you must:
- Be 18 years old or older
- Have one or more of the following conditions:
- Anxiety
- BMI of 30 or greater
- Cancer
- Depression
- High blood pressure
- Hyperlipidemia
- Metabolic syndrome
- Prediabetes
- Type 2 diabetes
