Summer Hours Extended
Given these unprecedented times where most of us are continuing to teach, learn, and work remotely, the University Information Technology (UIT) department is pleased to announce that we will be extending our summer Tech Support hours in support of our community. The summer Tech Support hours are found to the left.
We are here for your tech needs through phone, email, the UIT knowledge base, and self-service support tickets. Our staff is primarily working remotely, but we will do our best to provide you with the quality service that you expect from UIT.
DUO Authentication for VPN
Beginning Tuesday, June 9 there will be some changes made to the virtual private network (VPN) on Cisco AnyConnect. In order to improve online security for remote users connecting to the campus VPN, we will be implementing DUO MFA for those who are logging in. This is the same Duo authentication already used for campus email and to access secure areas of Campus Connection and HRMS Employee Self-Service.
