Real Estate and Space Management
UND Real Estate provides services for the development and management of University real property. Our mission is to provide quality comprehensive services to the campus for the University's strategic and practical real estate and space needs.
- The purchase and sale of properties including appraisal, contract negotiations, due diligence and closing.
- Leasing off-campus property including P3 development, office, clinical, research and warehouse space.
- Maintaining floor plans for all UND sites.
- Managing departmental moves and relocations.
