Tool Request for Facilities Management Supervisors only.
- Facilities Staff please see your Supervisor with the information needed to complete as they need to approve and submit.
- The care and security of tools are staff responsibility. Tools will be used only for work that is required as an employee of the Facilities Management Department.
- Upon termination of employment staff are responsible for returning all tools to the Tool Room/Supply Counter. Failure to report a lost or missing tool(s) prior to termination of employment may result in the individual being billed for the cost of the tool(s).
