My purpose as an early childhood educator is to provide a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for children to grow. I develop relationships with parents to facilitate the growth and development of each child. I encourage children to become involved in their own learning by allowing them to explore their thoughts and ideas. I provide cooperative and small group activities that will foster interaction between students, promote learning, and encourage students who are normally passive and quiet to participate.

My purpose as an early childhood educator is to provide a safe and interactive learning environment for my children to develop their skills. My goal is to develop relationships with all parents and work together to help their children continue their development. I provide whole group circle time lessons and small group activities to foster their learning. I incorporate learning opportunities that encourage my students to be involved and ask questions.
