Meal Menus
The University Children's Learning Center (UCLC) menu is created by a UND Registered Dietitian and approved through the ND Department of Public Instruction, Child and Adult Care Food Program. All food is prepared at Wilkerson Dining Services and brought to the Learning Center. At times substitutions are made, for instance if the bananas are not ripe Dining Services will hold onto our bananas and send us a fruit substitute.
If you would like to join your child for a meal, please see the Assistant Director about making a reservation.
Meal Plan Overview
Children between 18 months and 24 months of age will receive Whole Milk. Children 24 months and older will receive 1% Milk.
Children will receive a minimum of one Whole Grain product per day.
- Week 1 will be used for the weeks starting: June 14, July 12, August 9
- Week 2 will be used for the weeks starting: June 21, July 19, August 16
- Week 3 will be used for the weeks starting: June 28, July 26
- Week 4 will be used for the weeks starting: July 5, August 2
