Meal Menus
The University Children's Learning Center (UCLC) menu is created by a UND Registered Dietician and approved through the ND Department of Public Instruction, Child and Adult Care Food Program. All food is prepared at Wilkerson Dining Services and brought to the Learning Center. At times substitutions are made, for instance if the bananas are not ripe Dining Services will hold onto our bananas and send us a fruit substitute.

Meal Plan Overview
Children between 18 months and 24 months of age will receive Whole Milk. Children 24 months and older will receive 1% Milk.
Children will receive a minimum of one Whole Grain product per day.
- Week 1 will be used for the weeks starting: January 13th, February 17th, March 23rd, & April 27th
- Week 2 will be used for the weeks starting: January 20th, February 24th, March 30th, & May 4th
- Week 3 will be used for the weeks starting: January 27th, March 2nd, April 6th, & May 11th
- Week 4 will be used for the weeks starting: February 3rd, March 9th, April 13th, & May 18th
- Week 5 will be used for the weeks starting: February 10th, March 16th, April 20th, & May 25th

Lunch: Beef Enchilada, Tuscan Blend Veggies, Spanish Rice, Apricots, and Milk
Snack: Graham Crackers, Blue Berry Yogurt, and water
