Meal Menus
University Children's Learning Center (UCLC) Menu
Our menu is thoughtfully crafted by a Registered Dietitian from the University of North Dakota (UND) and is approved by the North Dakota Department of Public Instruction under the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). All meals are prepared at Wilkerson Dining Services and delivered fresh to the Learning Center.
Meal Plan Overview
- Ages 18-24 months: Children will be served whole milk.
- Ages 24 months and older: Children will be served 1% milk.
- Whole Grains: Children will receive at minimum one whole grain product each day.
- Vegetarian Options: Vegetarian substitution are offered.
- Food Substitutions: Occasional substitutions may be made to ensure the best quality. (ex. if bananas aren't ripe, Dining Services will substitute with a different fruit.)

- Snack: Mini bagel, cream cheese, apple juice
