Vehicle Motorist Assistance

UND offers vehicle motorist assistance year-round to help students, staff and faculty with basic vehicle issued on campus. This is a joint program with UPD and UND Parking Services that is provided at no cost to the UND community.

Services Offered

• Vehicle Jump Starts
• Vehicle Lockouts

This program does not provide towing, tire changes, or fuel delivery. For those needs, contact a local towing or roadside service provider. 

Requesting Assistance

To request motor assistance, please contact UPD at 701.777.3491. Please provide the following information so that officers can locate the vehicle as quickly as possible:

• The parking lot that the vehicle is located in. Please include the zone or general area for bigger parking lots
• Vehicle make
• Vehicle model
• Color
• License Plate
