Paying a Citation

Citations issued on the UND Campus can be paid in different ways depending on whether you are a current/former UND student, faculty, staff member or a guest/visitor. Citations must be paid in full to avoid additional enforcement actions or academic holds.

Online

Current and Former Students, Faculty, and Staff

Student, faculty and staff permit holders may pay citations online through Campus Connection. Citations and permit charges (excluding payroll deduction) typically appear in your account within 1-2 business days after they are issued or purchased and may not display immediately.

    1. Sign into Campus Connection.
    2. In the search bar at the top of the page and type in "Pay Charges Online"
    3. Click on Make a Payment for the University of North Dakota; this will bring you to the Nelnet QuikPay main page
    4. On the View & Pay Accounts page click on Pay Deposits/Prepayments/Rent button
    5. Enter the required information for the payment information
      • For the payment amount, enter the amount that you want to pay
      • In the Account Type Dropdown, select Prepay - Parking Deposit
      • In the Term Dropdown, select the current term
    6. Once all required information is entered, click Next - Payment Method
    7. Select a payment method from the options listed and enter the required information to complete the payment

Payments made through Campus Connection may take 1-2 business days to post back to the parking system. Your citation or permit balance may not update immediately. If you have any questions, please contact the parking office at 701.777.3551
