Parking Ramp

The UND parking ramp is located at the intersection of University Avenue and Columbia Road.

The ramp is available to reserved ramp permit holders and pre-pay/Pay-To-Park Passport parking.

Ramp permits are sold out. Ramp pre-pay/Passport Parking is available in designated spots.

How to Use the Parking Ramp

Reserved Ramp Permit Holders

Enter the ramp through the entry lane (2nd Ave. North). Your license plate will represent your pass and notify the system if you have a current ramp permit.
Ramp permit holders can park on the east half of level 1 and all areas on levels 2-5.

A/S Parking with Ramp Permit

If your subclassification is a student and you purchased the ramp permit, you may park in the A/S lots.
If your subclassification is faculty/staff, you may park in the A lots.

Pre-pay/Passport Parking

South Entrance (Main Entrance)

Enter the ramp through the south entry lane (2nd Ave. North). You can park on levels 1-5.
Pay for parking at the pre-pay machine located in the SW elevator lobby (1st or 4th level) or by using the Passport App (AppZone 28019).

North Entrance

Enter the ramp through the north entry lane (University Avenue). You can park on 1st level west side.
Pay for parking at the pre-pay machine located in the SW elevator lobby (1st level) or by using the Passport App (AppZone 28019).

Pay Per Use Rates

First hour - $1.50*
Each additional hour - $1.00
Daily rate - $7.00*

*Passport Parking© charges a $0.10 convenience fee for the use of the service.

*UND permit is NOT required, however, parking in restricted zones will continue to be monitored/enforced (e.g. housing zones, reserved, safety concerns, no overnight, time limit zones, Engelstad Arena events).
