Analytics
Use data to determine how your site is performing.
Every year during the web audit process, the Web Team will provide you a complete Google Analytics report of your web performance. You have the option to set up your own reporting in the Omni CMS (Modern Campus) if you want more frequent reporting.
Page Analytics
Omni Page Analytics are available to all site users in Gadgets. Users can pull page-specific data and information with specified timeframes including:
- Number of page visitors and new page visitors
- Page views and unique page views
- Average time spent on page
- Exit rates
How to Pull Page Analytics
- While viewing a page, click Show Gadgets to open sidebar.
- Click to expand Page Analytics Gadget.
- Click the “Profile Selector” dropdown to see data for a different view.
- Select a date range for the displayed data.
- Click the item to see more details about the data.
- Click Close to return to the gadget list view.
Site Analytics
For users who have access to several folders and entire websites, Site Analytics may also be utilized.
How to Pull Site Analytics
- Navigate to Dashboard > My Dashboard.
- Locate Site Analytics Gadget.
- Click the “Profile Selector” dropdown to see data for a different site.
- Select a date range for the displayed data.
- Click the scroll arrow to see additional data thumbnails.
- Click a data thumbnail expander to see more details about the data.
- Click Home to return to the thumbnail view.
Omni displays graphics and visuals such as line graphs, bar graphs and pie charts to better outline page analytics and data.
