Digital Business Cards
Digital business cards follow the same guidelines as print business cards. They must be used for UND business only. Information that could generate personal financial gain cannot be included on digital business card profiles.
Other guidelines include:
- Card Design: All digital business cards must be UND green with the white UND Logotype centered on the front (see example below).
- Purchasing: Departments must purchase digital business cards using department funds from a third-party vendor. Please contact identity@UND.edu before placing a digital business card order for your department to see if UND has worked with that vendor on previous orders.
- Digital Profiles:
- Managed by a department representative, not individuals.
- UND headshots must be used as the digital profile photo.
- The header image for each profile must reflect the UND brand.
