Paid parking is available using a smart phone by paying with the Passport Parking app or through the Passport Parking website.

Passport Parking Requests
To request validation codes, please complete the online form.
University departments may provide guests a validation code to utilize the passport parking zones at no cost to the guest. Validation Codes are an allowable cost for UND departments for UND business purposes only. Departments are responsible for maintaining a record log, record logs are retained by the department and subject to audit.
90 Minute Validation Codes
- Valid for 1.5 hour parking
- Cost is $2.10 per code
- Codes are valid in passport parking only
- Session cannot be extended
Daily Validation Codes
- Valid for all day parking in specified zone
- Cost is $7.10 per code
- Codes are valid in passport parking only
- Session cannot be extended
How to Access Codes
Passport users must follow these steps to access codes:
- Download the Passport Parking APP on your phone or go to passportparking.com
- Create an account following the steps
- You may be required to add your personal credit card information
- Park in zones signed passport parking
- Redeem the validation code (one time session)
