Affiliate Parking Permits
An Affiliate of UND is an employee of an entity that is a recognized affiliated organization that has contractual arrangements with UND.
Examples include the UND Alumni Association & Foundation, Aerospace Foundation, and Center for Innovation tenants.
Permit Types and Rates

Request Affiliate Parking Access
The sponsoring department is required to complete the Affiliate Parking Permit Application through UND Human Resources. If an affiliate employee will need a parking permit, this must be indicated on the form under the section identifying the "Services the affiliate will be utilizing." This form will serve as approval for the affiliate to purchase a parking permit.
Purchasing an Affiliate Permit
After the form is submitted to Human Resources, the affiliate will receive instructions on how to claim their NDUS Account. This account provides access to the UND systems and services that were requested on the form.
Once the account has been claimed, the affiliate can log in to the UND Parking Portal to purchase a parking permit.
